All of our grooming appointments are all inclusive meaning that the products and services used are exactly what your pet needs no matter the "extra cost". We tailor every step of the groom to your dog's needs from specialty shampoo selection to our gorgeous haircuts and elevated scents and accessories.
Every groom includes:
- a personalized skin and coat care routine
- tearless facial with yucca extract
- one of our 7 top tier shampoos based on their coat condition
- hydrating conditioner (if needed)
- conditioning or volumizing drying spray
- nose and paw balm
- ear cleaning (plucking upon request)
- trim and buff nails with a the highest quality diamond bit
- teeth brush and enzyme spray
- Paw pad, sanitary area, and eye area trim
- *anal glad expression upon request*
Our haircut customers will also receive a custom cut from one of our experienced groomers to make them shine!

In order to create a safe and healthy grooming environment, it is super important for all of our clients to have the following vaccination records on file with us before any service:
For all dogs over 16 weeks old:
- Rabies
- Bordetella
- DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis (adenovirus), Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus)
For dogs under 16 weeks of age we do not require rabies vaccination.
If your appointment is booked at least three business days in advance, we will be happy to reach out to your vet for verification on your behalf.
Of course, every dog is different but the majority of dogs are groomed every 4-6 weeks to maintain good hygiene and keep up with their hair growth (an average of about 1/2" per month) and their hair shedding cycle.
The rule of thumb is, the longer you keep your dog's hair, the more often they need to be groomed!
If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled grooming will incur a 25% last-minute cancellation fee.

Yes!
We have services for all types of dogs and their needs. We do not have any breed or size restrictions.
You are welcome to stay in our reception area during your dog's groom.
Sadly we can't allow customers back in the bathing & grooming area for safety reasons, but you will be able to communicate with your groomer the whole time via our text updates.
Your groomer will communicate an approximate pick up time for you at drop off every time and stay in communication with you during the groom via our sms system.
Based on your communication preferences, we will wither call or text you about 15 minutes before they will be ready for pickup. If you would like a longer heads up, just let your groomer know at drop off.
